Body Shaping Fusion Mondays at 8:30 a.m. EST.
Get ready to take your fitness to the next level with this high-energy class that blends plyometric cardio circuits, free-weights, and core sculpting moves. Circuit training is the most effective way to get into shape fast! Get ready to blast fat and increase your overall body tone to create the body you always wanted. Each week the routine changes to keep your muscles in a state of confusion. Bring a mat, a pair of 5 lb dumbbells, water and get ready to rock your way to your best body ever! 




Pilates Wednesdays at 8:30 a.m.EST
7pm class on Tuesday nights also via Zoom

The secret to a strong sexy body is a strong core. It is essential to all movement and this class requires just a thick yoga mat, water, and a yoga strap if you have one. We also use a small Pilates ball, thigh band and a Pilates ring which are helpful props to increase intensity, but not necessary for beginners.

In Pilates, we work the body through an effective series of core exercises designed by Joseph Pilates which are executed both standing and on the mat. We work every muscle, and lengthen every part of the body to create a toned, balanced and strong physique. We also stress the effectiveness of connecting your breath to the movement for the most effective workout for both your mind and body. No previous experience necessary.

Barre Body Shaping Fridays at  8:30 a.m.

This class is designed to challenge the entire body with compound movements using free-­weights and Pilates. High repetitions and dance inspired isometric movements will sculpt your body to a more toned, strong physique. Circuits using the benches as our personal “ballet barre” will keep you inspired and core moves will become more challenging each week as you become stronger. This class also requires a mat, pair of dumbbells and a water. 


 

What to bring:

  • Bottled water. It gets hot in the hall with all the bodies, so keeping hydrated is crucial. 
  • A thick yoga or Pilates mat.  All the classes include core work, so a cushioned, non-­slippery mat is essential. 
  • A pair of 5-­8lb dumbbells. These are only required for the Monday Boot Camp and Friday body shaping class. Weight training not only increases fat burning, but it changes the look and shape of your body. 
  • A buddy. Studies show that friends that work out together stay more committed when they have someone to keep them accountable. So invite a buddy to join you on Zoom or come over to take a class with you.
  • Your Sense of Humor. Never take yourself too seriously. This is a judgment free zone so leave your inhibitions at the door. We get silly, and laugh a lot. Know that laughter also helps burn calories and reduce stress.
