Pilates Wednesdays at 8:30 a.m.EST 7pm class on Tuesday nights also via Zoom The secret to a strong sexy body is a strong core. It is essential to all movement and this class requires just a thick yoga mat, water, and a yoga strap if you have one. We also use a small Pilates ball, thigh band and a Pilates ring which are helpful props to increase intensity, but not necessary for beginners. In Pilates, we work the body through an effective series of core exercises designed by Joseph Pilates which are executed both standing and on the mat. We work every muscle, and lengthen every part of the body to create a toned, balanced and strong physique. We also stress the effectiveness of connecting your breath to the movement for the most effective workout for both your mind and body. No previous experience necessary. |
