In-Home Training

If you want an extraordinary in-home personal training experience, I bring the equipment, music and the motivation right to your doorstep!  


After an initial assessment of your physical needs and goals, we will draft up a customized plan.  


I currently train in the neighboring towns of Chatham, Harwich, Orleans and Brewster.  
Special in-home rate is $150/visit, some additional fees may apply for additional travel further from Chatham.

This is also a great option for those who have restrictions that make it hard to travel from home to exercise.
