Many years back I was struggling with finding the right meal plan, the right training regimen and the right trainer that could help me reach my goals. I felt like I was aimlessly doing workouts that social media influencers would do without any exact rhyme or reason. I was searching the internet to find the answers to my problems and why I couldn’t get in shape and keep the weight off - everyone said something different and I was completely overwhelmed. I’m a musician so my career is very fast paced and it can be a pretty cruel and mean business in terms of body image and my size/looks. I needed a healthy change, someone who could help me grow and learn. Sadly most of the trainers I went to prior to Sabrina, had no interest in creating a “customized” training program or diet plan to really help me. It’s hard to find honest, authentic people who know what they are talking about and legitimately know how to help you get on a better path physically, mentally and emotionally. There are many emotions that come into play when you aren’t getting the results you desire and I was genuinely pretty self-conscious about it. 

Well, that all changed drastically a few years ago when I had been looking for a good local trainer. I came across Sabrina’s website, bio and personal training services online. I finally got brave enough to call her to do a consult. Wow - what a bright, positive, knowledgeable, kind and caring person. She went out of her way to understand the full picture of my life, my goals, my job and the stress I endure weekly. She factored in my injuries, my allergies, overall health and experience with sports, exercise, etc when she created my plans. She made them EASY to understand and simple to execute even with my schedule. 

But it didn’t end there. She would send me informational packets and articles to read and check out. She really CARED and encouraged me to help myself by learning from her in the process. For me, that was a HUGE deal - most trainers would never go to the lengths that she did to help me change my life and outlook. Sabrina is a very passionate and driven person; she truly loves what she does and she makes it fun! She makes the exercises exciting and even when you want to quit and throw in the towel, her positive upbeat personality keeps you going. She is very versatile - if I were traveling, we would do zoom sessions which was amazing and super helpful for me given my inconsistent schedule.

Honestly, I was just straight up blown away not only by Sabrina’s training but also by her incredible private gym that immediately puts you at ease for one-on-one sessions - what a difference! I’m used to going to those big public gyms (being completely stressed by people watching and starring while you attempt to train) especially when you already feel vulnerable or self-conscious (which I did). I would go to gyms where the personal trainers were predominantly male and would train the gentlemen next to me the same as they would approach training me as a 5’2 female - and that was never helpful or beneficial to me in any way.

Sabrina is more than a triple threat in her business. She is one of the most genuine human beings that I have ever met. Through many, many years of being a professional musician, I can safely and honestly say that I have met many unique, talented and extremely gifted people throughout my days - but there is simply no one, and I mean NO ONE better than Sabrina Tavalone as a personal trainer, nutritionist, coach, teacher, mentor, life coach, friend and more. She truly changed my life. My one and ONLY regret is that I wish I had found her sooner in my life. Don’t delay your goals - if you were on the fence at all about signing up to work with Sabrina, I truly hope this review helps your decision, you won’t regret it. I know for a fact that I never will.

Just start. Schedule a one-on-one consultation with Sabrina. She’s caring, nurturing and sensitive to how you may be feeling. Especially if it’s your first time, or you’re ‘trying again” to get healthy. I promise it will be like no other experience you’ve had.
